Payments can be confusing, so we're here to make it easy for you! Below are some common payment-related questions and answers specifically for our partners.
Partner Payment Schedule & Payment Threshold Ammount
Commission payouts are calculated at the end of each month for each fiat currency (CAD, USD, and EUR) in which more than $250.00 in commissions are owed. If you reach $5,000.00 in fiat commissions owed by the middle of the month then a payout will also be generated at this time.
Where to Enter Banking Details
To receive payouts in fiat currency, we will need your banking information in order to send the funds. To update your banking information, simply go to: https://partners.net-cents.com/account/bank-account.
To find where to upload or update this information directly from your dashboard, log in to your Partner Account: partners.net-cents.com. Navigate to “Account” on the top right, then click the option “Bank Account”, as seen in steps #1 and #2 below:
From here, you will be able to update all of your banking information. You will also see an area where you can upload a void cheque or bank confirmation documentation.
Don’t forget to save any changes!
Adding eWallet Addresses for Every Cryptocurrency
If your merchant chooses to keep their payouts in the form of cryptocurrency, you will need to enter an eWallet to accept your commission. This guide will show you how to add eWallets to your Partner Account for cryptocurrency payouts.
View Accumulated Commission
To see any commissions earned that have not yet been paid out, simply go to: https://partners.net-cents.com/commission-payouts/due.
To find commission due directly from your dashboard, log in to your Partner Account: partners.net-cents.com. From here, navigate to the blue bar on the left and click“Commission Payouts”. You will be brought to your "Commission Due" page, as seen below:
View Past Payouts
For a list of all payouts previously received, simply go to: https://partners.net-cents.com/commission-payouts/paid.
To find your past payouts directly from your dashboard, log in to your Partner Account: partners.net-cents.com. From here, navigate to the blue bar on the left and click“Commission Payouts”. You will be brought to your "Commission Due" page. From here simply click the button "Commission Paid", circled below:
From here, you will be able to see all your previously paid commissions. You can also download a .csv file for easy reporting for any payments received, see the image below:
