How to Reset your Merchant Account Password

This article will go through the specific steps to reset your NetCents password for your Merchant Account.

To begin the process to reset your NetCents password for your Merchant Account.

Step 1. Go to the NetCents Homepage

Step 2. Navigate to the Login toggle and click Business Account

Step 3. Enter the email you used to register your NetCents account and click NEXT

Step 4. Click Forgot Password

Step 5. Click Reset Password

Step 6. An email with instructions for resetting your password will be sent to your email address

Step 7. Open the email and click on Reset Password

Step 8. Enter your new password and enter the 6 digit code from your Google Authenticator App then click Submit
